Welcome to SEM2009

The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Helsinki University of Technology organizes SEM2009, the fourth international Summer School in Service Engineering and Management in Espoo, Finland in August 24-28, 2009. We cordially invite PhD candidates interested in services research topics to participate in this cross-disciplinary program.

SEM2009 continues the tradition started in 2006 as the gathering of academics and doctoral candidates interested in Service Engineering and Management. Encouraged by the positive feedback of the previous annual events, we offer the SEM Summer School of 2009 with three current service themes. Once again, we encourage also our networks of practitioners to participate in the keynote lecture sessions of their interest.
